Student Support
ESF Bradbury School is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to its students, ensuring that each child receives the necessary resources to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The school employs a framework known as the ESF Levels of Adjustment (LOA), which identifies and documents the specific adjustments and accommodations required for students to access the curriculum effectively. This framework ranges from LOA 1 to LOA 6, indicating the varying levels of support needed. Additionally, Bradbury School offers specialised support for students with special educational needs, ensuring that all students, regardless of their learning requirements, can succeed in their educational journey.
Beyond academic support, Bradbury School emphasises the holistic development of its students. The school provides a nurturing environment that fosters physical, social, and emotional growth. By working closely with families, the school ensures that each child’s unique needs are met, creating a personalised learning experience. This collaborative approach helps students develop essential life skills, build confidence, and maintain a positive well-being. The school’s commitment to student support is evident in its efforts to create a safe, caring, and inclusive community where every child can flourish.
Wellbeing
Bradbury School ensures that all students are supported academically, socially and emotionally. At Bradbury School, we have collaborated to create ‘BRAD’; a figure that shows how we support the whole child.
As you can see from the embedded diagram, and from the documents that can be accessed below, all teachers and learning diversity staff utilise a wide and varied range of strategies to support every individual at all times.
