Morning Bus Arrangements

Notifying the Bus Company: if your child will not be taking the morning bus due to absence or alternative travel, we kindly ask that you notify the bus company directly via Kwoon Chung's School Bus App (KCM App) – “Notify Kwoon Chung” Daily Bus Arrangement (User Manual). This ensures the bus can proceed efficiently to the next stop. Please note that, for the morning commute, there is no need to contact the school office regarding these changes.

Coordinating Afternoon Changes

• Notifying the Bus Company: if your child will not be taking the after school bus due to “Walker” or absence or alternative travel, we kindly ask that you notify the bus company directly via the KCM App – “Notify Kwoon Chung” (User Manual).  
• To ensure Bradbury School staff know exactly where every student needs to be, if your child will be a "walker" for the day or is absent, please submit a Daily Bus Arrangement via the KCM app by 12:30 PM or earlier. Please refer to the user manual above.

Safety Communication

• Live Updates: To keep you informed, parents are invited to join a dedicated WhatsApp group
  to receive important message from KCM. This allows you to view For the live location of the
  bus during its morning and afternoon runs, please use the KCM app – Instant Bus Location.
• Afternoon Collection: For the safety of our students, we ask that parents or caregivers greet at
  the bus door during drop-off with “Parent/Guardian’s e-pickup card” (the link and pic will
  provide shortly) ready via KCM app. This allows our bus escorts to personally verify that
  each child is being received by an authorized adult with valid document.

General reminders

• All students must wear the proper school uniform daily and should be of a reasonable standard -no large rips/tears
• Please clearly label all uniform items (first and last name) so they can be returned. 
• Students must be responsible for their clothing as this is showing Respect for ourselves.
• Children should wear appropriate layers for the weather and should be able to remove layers if they are feeling too warm/hot. Students should not be wearing long sleeve undershirts/singlets under their short sleeved polo top or PE top. No show sleeveless singlets should be worn instead.
• Long hair should be tied back for safety and hygiene with plain hair ties and clips.
• Raincoats are highly recommended while the weather is unsettled and should be kept in the students bag.
• Footless black tights/leggings with socks is not school uniform.
• Football boots are not to be worn on a daily basis as trainers.

School uniform (daily)

• Polo short sleeved (Summer) or long-sleeve (Winter) with school logo
• Grey skort, shorts, or trousers
• Grey V‑neck woollen vest or sweater with school logo
• Navy blue rain jacket (outside use if wet)
• Grey windbreaker jacket (outside use)
• Grey fleece jacket (outside use)
• Black shoes or trainers with laces, straps, or velcro (no open-toe shoes)
• Plain grey or white ankle/knee socks
• Plain grey or black stockings/tights (winter only) - with feet
• Beige wide-brim hat with school logo (optional)
• Bradbury School green backpack (compulsory)
• Green book bag (Year 1 and Year 2 students only)

P.E kit (to be worn on P.E days)

• P.E T‑shirt
• P.E shorts, P.E skort, or PE tracksuit pants (winter)
• Plain white ankle socks
• Appropriate, well‑fitted trainers (mainly white) with some colour (no flashing lights, skates or glitter). 
• Swim suit, swimming cap & goggles (Years 4–6 only)
• Bradbury cap

Please check our Size Guides for measurements, or visit the supplier's retail outlet to try samples before purchasing, as this reduces the need for exchanges and returns. All items of uniform can be worn all year round; there is no distinct Winter and Summer uniform.
