Reminder - Absent or Walker Notices:
For Y1-Y3 students:
If your child will be a walker in the afternoon or if they will be absent, it's essential to use the ESF App to notify the school. Please provide your child's full name, class, and bus number by 12:30 PM on the same day. The school will take care of informing the bus supervisor. If your child is not taking the school bus in the morning, there is no need to send a message to the school. The bus will depart as scheduled.
For Y4-Y6 students - OPTIONAL:
If your child will be a walker in the afternoon or if they will be absen, it is optional to use the ESF App to inform the school of your child’s full name, class, and bus number before 12:30 pm on the day. It is, however, essential, to let your child know that they are walkers so they do not get on the bus.
Other Information:
- Bus swapping is not allowed under any circumstance.
- Parents will be added to the Kwoon Chung Bus Whatsapp Group, allowing you to receive any urgent messages. Parents should download the Kwoon Chung Bus app for bus live location while they are in operation.
- To ensure the safety and well-being of our students, we ask that you approach the bus door to collect your child upon arrival. This allows the bus mother to verify that the correct adult is picking up the right student at the drop-off point. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our children secure.

General reminders
- All students must wear the proper school uniform daily and should be of a reasonable standard -no large rips/tears
- Please clearly label all uniform items (first and last name) so they can be returned.
- Students must be responsible for their clothing as this is showing Respect for ourselves.
- Children should wear appropriate layers for the weather and should be able to remove layers if they are feeling too warm/hot. Students should not be wearing long sleeve undershirts/singlets under their short sleeved polo top or PE top. No show sleeveless singlets should be worn instead.
- Long hair should be tied back for safety and hygiene with plain hair ties and clips.
- Raincoats are highly recommended while the weather is unsettled and should be kept in the students bag.
- Footless black tights/leggings with socks is not school uniform.
- Football boots are not to be worn on a daily basis as trainers.
School uniform (daily)
- Polo short sleeved (Summer) or long-sleeve (Winter) with school logo
- Grey skort, shorts, or trousers
- Grey V‑neck woollen vest or sweater with school logo
- Navy blue rain jacket (outside use if wet)
- Grey windbreaker jacket (outside use)
- Grey fleece jacket (outside use)
- Black shoes or trainers with laces, straps, or velcro (no open-toe shoes)
- Plain grey or white ankle/knee socks
- Plain grey or black stockings/tights (winter only) - with feet
- Beige wide-brim hat with school logo (optional)
- Bradbury School green backpack (compulsory)
- Green book bag (Year 1 and Year 2 students only)
P.E kit (to be worn on P.E days)
- P.E T‑shirt
- P.E shorts, P.E skort, or PE tracksuit pants (winter)
- Plain white ankle socks
- Appropriate, well‑fitted trainers (mainly white) with some colour (no flashing lights, skates or glitter).
- Swim suit, swimming cap & goggles (Years 4–6 only)
- Bradbury cap
Please check our Size Guides for measurements, or visit the supplier's retail outlet to try samples before purchasing, as this reduces the need for exchanges and returns. All items of uniform can be worn all year round; there is no distinct Winter and Summer uniform.
